J. Bradley Rephan has more than 18 years experience
as a business owner - as well as working with various Local, Regional and National firms such as Prudential Preferred, American
General, SecurityOne, Health Consultants, Inc., WMA Securities, and Valpak/Cox Target Media. Much of his experience has been
in the Sales & Marketing departments. Most of those times his central duties focused on “Information Technology”
i.e keeping the various departments talking to each other and sharing information proficiently. Productivity was always high
on the list helping to keep various departments working together smoothly. As the Director of Sales & Corporate Marketing for
HCI, Inc., He was responsible for installing and configuring a “Sales System” designed to provide realtime
CRM data that could be accessed, updated and re-distributed Nationwide to, or from the Sales team in the field,
or to (and from) any of the field offices.
