A little background...

Given the fact that most businesses we deal with - deliver, sell or manufacture products or professional services – and in doing somost leave a ton of money on the table during their Sales & Marketing and Follow-up process… those same companies also (for the most part) vastly underutilize the investment they’ve made in the Information Technology (IT) they’ve purchased  - by not using all the various components in these processes properly or optimally, if you will.

 

We help solve those problems in a couple of ways – We help companies get up to speed by helping you & your staff to select and properly use the components and procedures in a system and as solutions to accomplish those tasks - and we additionally train your people to establish procedures so they can make the proper information available to those who need it / when they need it - to best advance the sales and service relationships you are developing – or already have developed.

 

Some of the things we do - are centered around the fact that… 1. Generally speaking, few if any, of your employees know how to use - or are paid to create these solutions - and 2. for the most part, companies seldom have all of the software/hardware pieces in place (configured correctly & working together) to provide working solutions to the problems that are evidenced by non-optimal (and sometimes non-existent) Information Management procedures.

 

Those problems are often result of a combination of a several factors…

  • The sales staff is busy selling – and
  • The Admin or (IT) staff probably:
    • (#1) isn’t aware of these productivity solutions and
    • (#2) might not have the authority to purchase or implement the Hardware/Software or configure the tools & procedures that are needed to put such a system in place - and properly use it.
  • And if you do have an IT Pro lurking around somewhere – they’re often not a Marketing Professional… and sometimes… 
  • A key member of the Executive or Management staff might be old school and doesn’t believe that properly configured Technology Solutions can make a big difference in overall productivity & proficiency.

A proper solution often means some Training is needed (so everyone is on the same page) after creating cohesive and symbiotic:

- all designed to help you track and follow-up your various stages of the sales & service relationship.

 

This takes knowledge, planning, training and a system in place – which is where WE come in… we can help you pull those pieces together… (and often – as an outside firm we can help bypass territorial & internal inter-department political snafus)  by helping train & coordinate your Management, Administrative, Executive & Sales staff to play nicely together and to proficiently use your technology solutions to achieve your sales forecasts & your service-after-the-sale goals. Our first meeting – or pre-consultation is free. Our second meeting where we gather data for a proposal is also free if you decide not to retain us – but we recommend that if and when we do meet for the pre-consultation - you have a few of your key people at least stop by – to provide input into the value of our proposal of services… What do you say?
