Tech Training:
usually done according to a planned team effort - and achieved resulting from meeting(s) between Argaine
Consulting, Executive Management and the IT Department head.
Management Training: usually accomplished
and developed as a result of meetings and reports ongoing, during the installation and configuration
stages - and is often co-developed dependent upon the level of hands-on reporting required by Executive Staff
from Management Staff. An element of side-by-side training is almost always required to get Management up to speed
so they can create the desired Sales & Admin reports (from downstream activities) so they can then create upstream
Executive Reports for forecasting purposes.
Administrative Training: is the key
to everything that makes great "Business Systems" great. This is the high-priority training where we like to spend much
of our budgeted training time. If the Administrative Staff gets it - everything else will fall into place. The Admin Staff receives
data, feedback and input from every direction and deserves the very best, highest quality training - since they are often
the lynchpin - in a great Sales, Marketing, CRM or Document Retention/Paperless Office System. They are the beating heart
of a Business Organization that works.
Sales Training: the Closer is King!
This is the crucial area where it is of utmost importance to get buy-in. The Sales Team needs to understand that everything
good that happens within an organization, is dependent upon gathering and inputing good data on the customer/client. They
need good records of what is being said, when it is said, and to whom - keeping up-to-date
information on where the accounts stand in the sales pipeline.
The Sales team has to be aware of the importance of keeping this information
regularly available to the Admin Staff - who reports to Management Staff - who reports to the Executive/Ownership level -
who forecasts sales & revenue.
